Good questions.
Will it work with my car?
Yes. We carry J1772, CCS and Tesla (NACS) adapters, which covers every EV sold in the US. Tell us the make and model when you book and we’ll bring the right one.
How fast will you get here?
Typically 35 to 45 minutes in our core area, depending on traffic and time of day. We text a real ETA when you confirm and update it if anything changes.
How much range will I get?
Roughly 35, 90 or 150 miles depending on the package. Actual range depends on your car, the battery’s temperature and how low it was when we arrived.
Can you reach me in a parking garage?
Usually, yes. Our van fits standard garage clearances. Tell us the garage name, level and space so the technician can find you.
Is mobile charging safe for my battery?
Yes. We deliver standard Level 2 AC charging, the same kind as a home wall charger, through UL-listed equipment. Your car’s own charging system manages the battery.
Do I need an app or a membership?
No. Book on this page, call, or text. You pay by card when the charge is done.
